Asia Pacific Post provides members with services in two areas.

The first is the provision of information on postal marketing and operational issues in Asia Pacific. This information is either provided to specific postal administrations to address particular issues they are facing or is provided in a more general form on a regular basis through a daily email news bulletin to all members, called the ‘APP Newsflash’.

The second area of service provision is through a series of useful project-based regional activities conducted annually. These activities are designed to:

  • Improve a specific area of a postal administration’s operational/customer service infrastructure
  • Create new business opportunities for member countries
  • Foster the ongoing sharing of good ideas and practises among members

Members are kept updated on the progress of these project-based activities via a document issued quarterly called the ‘APP Report’.
